At ELAA The Label, we want you to love your purchase; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 14-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and hygiene seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off the package at any authorized courier location within 3 business days.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
